Review:
I love the concept of parallel universes, but oftentimes, the concept gets hopelessly convoluted, especially with series that have dealt with alternate timelines/universes already- and Star Trek is the absolute king. Butbigmamag has managed to deftly avoid this pitfall, letting even those that are new to the fandom or hasn't seen many episodes of Star Trek understand and enjoy all the parts of it. The parallels are believable (for Star Trek anyways) and well thought out. The plot is engaging and interesting, and I liked the interplay between the various Kirks and Spocks, from an established relationship to friendship to a first meeting of each other. bigmamag is a wonderful writer, and definitely worth a read :)
