Sherlock-the-Pooh
Author:
thisprettywren
Warnings: n/a
Length: 6 chapters; ~14,400 words
Characters: John Watson, Sherlock Holmes
Categories: Fluff, Pastiche
Summary: Sometimes Sherlock likes a game of some sort when he comes upstairs, and sometimes he likes to sit quietly in front of the fire and listen to a story. This evening—
“What about a story?” said Sherlock.
Review:
This is such a cute pastiche of A. A. Milne's classic, Winnie-the-Pooh. John, faced with Sherlock's inability to sleep, tells a number of stories of the bear who 'lives under the name of Baker Street'. The narration is pitch-perfect Milne, but still retains the characters of Sherlock to a t.
